   - I offer refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   - To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
   - Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
2. **Exchanges:**
   - I offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   - Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
   - Proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to my error.
3. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
   - Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required. 
4. **Non-Returnable Items:**
   - Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
