   - Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
2. **Exchanges:**
   - I offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to my error.

   - Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required.
