Elphame Cross Earrings

Crafted for protection and empowerment xo 
Elphame crosses are symbolic of traditional witchcraft and the Fayerie Faith. These are left on my altar after crafting for 9 days, chanted over and blessed by my Spirits. 
In Scottish folklore and mythology, Elphame (also spelled as Elfhame, Elphame, or Elphen) refers to the realm of the fayeries or the Bone Queen (Queen of Fayerie) herself. It is an otherworldly domain hidden from mortal sight. 
It has been linked to the Gude Folk due to its association with the Picts, an ancient people of Scotland. Some interpretations suggest that the cross may have been influenced by or incorporated symbols related to fayerie lore and beliefs. 
I wear my Elphame cross everyday, it has become a protective and powerful talisman, a reminder of where my devotions and loyalties rest… Within the Unseen and fostering relationships with beings below the mound.
